I've been a computer hobbyist since 1992 and a tech-for-hire since 2004. My favorite technology is electronic mail, the best internet-based invention ever. XBOX Live ranks a close second.

As a professional, my services are built around a single, business-supporting concept: connectivity and productivity on Microsoft® servers and Cisco networks. This concept equips me with a high degree of supportability, usability, and customer satisfaction, and has afforded me the opportunity to run a public-facing technology business.
